Returns & refunds

Our promise

Every Pawvolt purchase is backed by our 30-day happy returns policy. If your dog isn't thrilled — or you simply changed your mind — we'll take it back.

How returns work

  1. Email support@pawvolt.store with your order number and the SKU you'd like to return.
  2. We'll send a prepaid USPS label by reply (typically within 1 business day).
  3. Drop the package at any USPS location. Tracking starts as soon as it's scanned.
  4. Refund is issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days of receipt at our warehouse.

Condition

Items should be in like-new condition with original packaging when possible. We understand dogs happen — minor wear from a brief test fitting won't void your return.

Items we cannot accept

  • Consumables that have been opened (treats, supplements, dental chews)
  • Items marked as final sale on the product page
  • Products purchased more than 30 days before the return request

Defective on arrival

If a smart device or electronic accessory doesn't work out of the box, the 30-day window doesn't apply — we ship a replacement at our cost and issue a refund if you prefer.

Exchanges

We don't process direct exchanges. Place a new order for the size or variant you want; the return refund will hit your card before the new charge clears in most cases.
